1.  Who is your mentor and where do they work?  If their workplace does not reflect their expertise, what makes them an expert?
  • My mentor is Saab Shamas. He works as a restaurant owner of the Cantina Express. With 20 years of previous hands on experience as an entrepreneur in the restaurant business i firmly believe my mentor is a qualified expert.
2.  What five questions will you ask them about their background?
  1. What prompted you to go into the restaurant business and why did you choose it as a career?
  2. In your experience as an entrepreneur, do you have any stories of challenged you've faced? 
  3. In your opinion, what makes your line of work a good career path?
  4. What businesses have you owned and what can you tell me about them?
  5. Do you enjoy your job?
